Mental Welfare Coaches are trained to the highest standard and have either served in the military or emergency services. We understand the issues surrounding Mental Health in the Uniformed Services.
Some of the trainers were qualified as Post Incident Procedures Managers, meaning they understand what it's like to be involved in serious incidents.
We also understand the unique pressures wearing a uniform can bring, Police, Fire, Ambulance or Military. It's not just those people that wear the uniform that suffer with Mental Health issues its the families and the support staff who are there for them.
We are not just here to support those brave enough to wear the uniform, we are here to also support those not seen.
Our Mental Welfare Coaching team are trained to support you in Post Incident Support, resettlement and mental health training.
Our team understands the pressure brought about by serving and supporting the uniformed services, first hand.
